ESPN understands that Javier Hernandez is keen to leave West Ham United this month.
Hammers manager David Moyes has insisted that the Mexico international will be kept on though the players agent Eduardo Hernandez has stated that his client is keen on gaining more game time ahead of next summer’s World Cup finals.
The twenty-nine year old only moved to West Ham from Bayer Leverkusen back in July but has struggled to recapture his best form since, scoring five goals in twenty-one appearances in all competitions.
A number of clubs, including Turkish outfit Besiktas have been linked with a move for the former Manchester United man though it is unclear whether any deal will get over the line before next week’s deadline.
Hernandez scored as West Ham drew with Bournemouth at the weekend, a result which sees them sitting in eleventh place though they are just four points above the relegation zone.
