According to a recent report from Sky Sports News sources, Ander Herrera has agreed terms on joining Paris Saint-Germain. Herrera’s contract with Manchester Unted is set to expire during the summer transfer window. The 29 year old has been at Old Trafford since back in 2014, making well over 100 appearances for the Red Devils since then. He made the transition over from Athletic Bilbao where he had spent the previous three years of his career, and managed to get off to a strong start during his time with the club. However, as time has gone on, he’s gradually fallen out of favour at United. Many fans wanted to see him get another extended run in the first team, but it just wasn’t meant to be, it seems.
Herrera would be a valued member of many top clubs around European football, but in a league like Ligue 1 in particular, he’d most likely thrive.
