Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes says he is wary of Werder Bremen ahead of their Bundesliga clash on Saturday.
Bayern sit top of the table, with a perfect record of five wins from five matches, but Heynckes is wary of Bremen’s attacking threat – pinpointing the impact of loanee Kevin De Bruyne.
The coach believes the visitors will come to the Allianz Arena to attack, and said he and his side will be ready for the challenge.
“Werder Bremen has an offensive philosophy and they have a team that plays well together,” Heynckes said.
“(Kevin) De Bruyne, for example, is a very good player that arrived on loan from Chelsea.
“They play without fear and that’s also because of (coach) Thomas Schaaf’s work. And they will try to play like this against us as well, for sure.”
