Hibernian 29/20 to beat St. Johnstone in Wednesday’s Scottish Premiership clash

Competition: Scottish Premiership

Market: Hibernian win

Odds: 29/20 @ Bet 365

With just one point separating the two sides, Hibernian will face a struggling St. Johnstone side on Tuesday night.

Starting with arguably the Premiership’s least in form side, slumping to a 2-0 loss at home to Aberdeen over the weekend, St. Johnstone have begun freefalling down the table. Now unable to pick up a league victory in their last seven attempts, a run that stems back to the 26th of January, Tommy Wright will be growing more concerned by his sides form in the final third. The Saints have gone over 300 minutes without finding the net. Scoring just four goals in their nine matches in 2019, Wednesday’s hosts should be expecting another tricky evening at McDiarmid Park.

As for the visitors, after bringing in former Leeds boss Paul Heckingbottom to replace Neil Lennon earlier in the month, Hibernian are enjoying quite the resurge. Putting in another impressive showing in their 4-2 win over Dundee on Saturday, the Greens are now enjoying a three-match winning run across all competitions. Really starting to shine in the final third, one man to watch on Wednesday will be the in-form Mark McNulty. The 26-year-old has now scored four goals in his last three matches for Hibs.
