Chelsea coach Guus Hiddink has opined that it is perfectly possible for his team to catch and indeed overhaul Manchester United in the race for the Premier League title this season, but that it will require plenty of good, honest graft of they are to do so.

“That is the task we are facing but, objectively speaking, it will be extremely difficult to achieve,” the Russian national team manager is reported by Setanta Sports News as telling Sovetski Sport.

“Don’t forget that Manchester have a game in hand and, moreover, they have a lot of experience of winning the league. All I can promise is that Chelsea will fight to the bitter end”.
