Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has threatened to lose his temper after continued verbal attacks from Louis van Gaal and Theo Zwanziger.

Netherlands coach Van Gaal had recently spoken to the press about his release from Bayern Munich in 2011, saying Hoeness was solely responsible for his departure from the Bavarian side.

At the club’s annual meeting, where Hoeness got re-elected by scoring 97.1 percent of the votes, the president took the time to express his feelings regarding the matter.

“Even taunts from Netherlands or from Altendiez (where ex Germany FA president Zwanziger resides) don’t bother this club,” the 60-year-old told Bild.

“I’ve got to be honest, my patience is wearing thin like it rarely has before. There’s no need for much to happen until I’m going to lose it. But I really need to pull myself together every day.

“I will not comment on these matters. Unless the mark is overstepped.”

Bayern Munich sit top of the Bundesliga, with a seven-point lead over second-placed Schalke, ahead of their trip to Nuremberg on Saturday.
