Hoffenheim chief Dietmar Hopp has confirmed star player Luis Gustavo will be allowed to join Bayern in the summer.
The Bundesliga champions have been hot on the trail of the Brazilian midfielder for quite a while now, and Hoffenheim owner says he will allow Gustavo to join Bayern next summer.
“It is crystal clear that Gustavo is going to Bayern in the summer,” said Hopp.
“It would be unfair, indeed immoral if we were to obstruct his career.”
Hopp, however, admits the January transfer is out of question.
“I spoke with Christian Nerlinger and I said I would get back to him. I will do so and tell him that we don’t want to sell the player this winter.”
It is thought Bayern will have to pay around €15 million for the 23-year-old midfielder.
