Hoffenheim’s new number one Timo Hildebrand injured his groin and, although he was luckt not to suffer more serious damage, he is still feeling the after-effects.

“With Timo we have to assume that he won’t play,” Hoffenheim coach Ralf Rangnick told the Bundesliga’s official website. “He and goalie coach Cesar Thier will discuss his status and come to a consensus. Then we will see if he can train with the team”.

If Hildebrand is not fit enough, Rangnick wil givce another chanche to former first-choice stopper Daniel Haas.
