Turkish giants Besiktas are considering a winter move for Bayern Munich stopper Holger Badstuber, according to Hurriyet.
The Black Eagles are very much involved in the Super Lig title chase and they aim to further reinforce their ranks in the January transfer window.
The latest reports have suggested that Besiktas have made Bayern Munich defender Holger Badstuber their primary target.
Even though they would prefer an outright transfer, the Black Eagles would also be prepared to take the 26-year-old on loan until the end of the season.
However, despite the fact that Badstuber has seen very little first team action of late at Allianz Arena, it is highly unlikely he will be moving to Turkey.
The Germany international is very loyal to the club having spent his entire career at Bayern Munich, while the Bavarians also need him as cover for the starting centre-back pairing considering that Mehdi Benatia is out injured.
