Howe focuses on Bournemouth future

“I would say it [managerial speculation] is definitely not distracting for me. I would always shelter myself from any news that isn’t about the team I am preparing to play. 

“I always say if I am linked with other clubs and my players are too, then that has to be flattering. I have been spending no time on those things and all week it has been about preparing for Tottenham.” 

Eddie Howe has confirmed that he isn’t concerned about the speculation linking him with a series of other clubs around the Premier League. The Bournemouth manager has been viewed as a potential target for Everton, West Ham and even Arsenal, but at this stage, it certainly appears as if he’ll be remaining with the Cherries for the time being. 

While a move away will likely interest him at some stage, for now, Bournemouth is where he’s going to be based moving forward.
