Frank Lampard is ready to give the chance to youngsters at Chelsea. The new Blues manager and club legend will have a tough task in his first season, as the club has been banned for signing new players in the next twelve months. That means Chelsea will now have to keep and use their younger players and Callum Hudson-Odoi could be one of them.
Goal are reporting that the English youngster is set to sign a new five-year deal with the club worth £100,000-a-week. That means the player would earn £5.2m per year, making the total contract worth £26m. Goal are also saying the teenager has made it clear he wants to stay at Stamford Bridge, even though Bayern Munich are clearly interested in him
The Bundesliga champions made several bids since the start of 2019, but all have been rejected. One of them was even at £35m, but Chelsea did want to budge. Now, Hudson-Odoi could finally get his chance at Stamford Bridge.
