Lyon keeper Hugo Lloris could make a switch to Tottenham this summer, according to L’Equipe.
The France international is looking for a new challenge after spending last four years at Gerland and Lyon chairman Jean-Michel Aulas recently revealed the player would be allowed to leave should the right offer come along.
L’Equipe understands that Tottenham are showing interest in the highly rated stopper and the French newspaper claims Lloris is keen on joining Spurs in the summer transfer window.
With Brad Friedel and Carlo Cudicini well past their prime, there are no doubts Lloris would be a first choice keeper at White Hart Lane.
Even if Jean-Michel Aulas earlier slapped a €20 million price tag on the 25-year-old, Tottenham officials will try to lower the asking price and save some money for their other targets.
Lloris has been one of the most consistent performers for les Gones over the years, having missed just eight league games across last four seasons.
