Hull City tie up Cousin deal

Glasgow Rangers striker Daniel Cousin has moved to Premiership new boys Hull City for an undisclosed fee.

The player scored in Rangers 4-2 Old Firm victory over Celtic on Sunday but has endured a frustrating time since joining the Ibrox club. He started a total of just 21 games for the Scottish giants following a move from Lens twelve months ago.

Sunderland defender Paul McShane also signed for the KC Stadium club team on transfer deadline day, joining on a season long loan. He’s failed to secure a regular first team place at the Stadium of Light since signing for Roy Keane in July 2007.

One deal Phil Brown failed to secure on September 1 was that of Frazier Campbell. The Manchester United forward was the subject of a £6m bid from the Humberside club.
