A report on Setantasports.com claims that Tottenham defender Ricardo Rocha has revealed he is considering his future, with newly-promoted Premiership outfit Hull City being a possible destination.
The 29-year old Portuguese has started just 13 Premier League games for Spurs since joining the club from Benfica in January 2007 and the player has admitted he does not figure in the plans of Juande Ramos.
Rocha was quoted as saying, “I already know that I am not part of Juande Ramos’ plans for next season. I hope that my future can be decided as quickly as possible.â€Â
“There is still nothing clear. It is true that Hull is a strong possibility but there are other options. The decision does not depend on me, but on Tottenham.â€Â
Tigers’ boss Phil Brown claims to want at least 10 new players before the season kick-off and to those ends, Hull have been the busiest of the three promoted teams, signing Derby striker Craig Fagan, PSG defender Bernard Mendy, former Manchester City midfielder Geovanni. They are close to securing Middlesbrough midfielder George Boateng, Plymouth winger Peter Halmosi and Fulham goalie Antti Niemi.
