Huntelaar cool on Manchester United link

Schalke striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar says that he is not moved by reports linking him with a move to Manchester United.

The Dutch striker has been in amazing form this season, having scored 15 goals in 16 Bundesliga games.

Huntelaar had been linked with a move to Manchester United even before he joined Schalke and recent reports suggest that Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to reignite his interest.

However, the player says he knows nothing about the reported interest from the Red Devils.

“I know nothing about the possible interest of Manchester United,” Huntelaar told Voetbal International.

“Therefore, I will not speculate. I am fully focused on Schalke. I let everything quietly pass me by and see what happens. I have always done this.”
