(GSM) – Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini insists he has no plans to quit the Eastlands club after receiving heavy criticism following the team’s dip in form.
Mancini has seen his team lose for three consecutive times now and pressure has started to mount on him with reports claiming that some players are already waiting for his dismissal.
However the former Internazionale boss has made it clear that he will be staying at the City of Manchester, telling French magazine So Foot: “For me it is totally clear, I will stay at City until they fire me.
“I’ve seen the owner Sheikh Mansour two or three times and we have a good relationship.
“I also have very frequent contact with the president, Khaldoon Al Mubarak.
“We speak three or four times a week and he often comes to training.
“As a coach I’ve taken teams that weren’t winning such as Fiorentina, Lazioand Inter (Milan) and I’ve won.”
