According to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be on the verge of leaving AC Milan just a few months after returning to the club.
The departure of Zvonimir Boban, the chief football officer at AC Milan, is said to have upset Ibrahimovic to the point where he could, sensationally, move on to pastures new. The Swede has been on top form since arriving, especially considering his advanced age, scoring four goals in 10 games to remind the world why he’s still one of the most effective forwards in world football today.
It always seemed pretty likely that he was going to return to Europe, and now that he has, fans are just hoping he doesn’t disappear again.
It wouldn’t be the end of the world if he returned to the United States or went off to China, but he’s certainly going to get much more exposure in Serie A.
