Ibrahimovic was ashamed to stay at Barca – agent

(GSM) – Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was desperate to leave Barcelona this summer, according to his agent Mino Raiola.

Ibra felt bad about David Villa’s transfer to the Camp Nou and believed it was better to pack his bags. He used Raiola’s influence to join Milan.

“Ibrahimovic asked me to get him out of Barcelona because he was ashamed to stay there,” Raiola told GQ magazine as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“He advised me about Mario Balotelli too, telling me that he is stronger than Ibrahimovic was at his age.

“The problem is that Mario thinks he is stronger than Ibrahimovic already.”
