According to a recent report from Tuttosport, Inter Milan CEO Beppe Marotta has once again confirmed that Mauro Icardi does not have a future at the club. The belief is that Inter will be coming to terms on a deal with Juventus within the next few days, prior to the summer transfer window coming to an end.
The future of Icardi has been a source of great discussion, as you can probably imagine, with the Argentine being one of the most exciting goalscorers in world football today. His turbulent end to his time at the San Siro has been well documented, with both parties pretty much confirming that there is no interest in a functional relationship again – although some reports have stated that Icardi is willing to play ball for the sake of the club.
One way or the other, though, this is going to be a major story by the time Deadline Day rolls around.
