Ings set for loan move

ESPN understands that Liverpool will allow Danny Ings to move out on loan as he works his way back to full fitness.

The twenty-five year old has barely featured for the Reds over the past eighteen months after struggling with a recurring knee problem, with his last league appearance coming at the end of the 2015/16 campaign.

His only outing this season came in last months EFL Cup defeat to Leicester City, and his manager Jurgen Klopp is keen for him to get game time elsewhere in able for him to regain his sharpness.

In total, Ings has played just twelve times since signing from Burnley in the summer of 2015, scoring three goals after netting forty-three in one hundred and thirty games for his former club.

Internationally he made his one and only senior England appearance so far as a substitute in a 3-0 win over Lithuania in qualification for Euro 2016 eight months prior to the tournament.
