Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta has called on his side to maintain their impressive form through to the end of the season.
A Lionel Messi double helped the Catalans defeat Racing Santander 2-0 in La Liga on Sunday, and Spain international Iniesta is eager to keep winning for the remainder of the campaign.
“We played a great game in a difficult stadium. Sometimes the team gets in a rhythm, and this is a good one; we’ll try to keep it up until the end of the season,” Iniesta said.
“We’re entering the decisive part of the season and we’re on form; there’s still a lot up for grabs.”
“The most important thing is winning games, that’s what we try to do.”
Barcelona trail Real Madrid by 10 points in La Liga, but have reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League and the final of the Copa del Rey, where they will face Athletic Bilbao.
