Inter defender Lucio urged his team-mates to treat their Serie A clash with Juventus on Saturday as it if were a final.
The Brazil defender believes Inter are yet to hit full stride this campaign, with his side having drawn 1-1 with Atalanta on Wednesday.
Inter sacked coach Gian Piero Gasperini after five winless games to start the campaign, and have won just two league matches and sit 16th on the Serie A table.
Lucio is hoping third victory arrives against the Bianconeri.
“Juventus are in a tranquil situation, but we have to think about our own form which has not been good, we need to score as many points as possible,” the former Bayern Munich defender told La Repubblica.
“Our intention is to win against Juventus as we know we have to get back to winning ways as soon as we can.”
“We have to treat every game like a final and it will be the same against Juventus.”
