Despite the recent rumours which suggested Hakan Calhanoglu could leave Inter Milan this summer to find employment in the Premier League with either Leeds United or Southampton, the Nerazzurri and the Turkish attacking midfielder are close to finding an agreement to extent their cooperation beyond 2024, when his current deal expires. That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who says these speculations about Southampton and Leeds are “100% wide of the mark”.
