Serie A giants Inter Milan have moved to confirm reports linking Italian striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo with Giuseppe Meazza exit.
The experienced forward is currently on loan with the Nerazzurri from Southampton, but he clearly has no future in Milan, having clashed with coach Roberto Mancini and several of his teammates.
Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti has revealed that Osvaldo is set to leave Inter in the coming days.
“He will no longer be a part of Inter,” Zanetti told Argentine newspaper Clarin. “We’re trying to find the best solution for him.”
It is believed that Boca Juniors lead the chase for the forward’s signature, with Osvaldo reportedly a big fan of the Argentine giants.
However, La Xeneize chairman Daniel Angelici already made it clear that the striker would have to lower his wage demands if an agreement was to be reached.
Osvaldo, 29, has been in fine form at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, having bagged 7 goals in just 8 competitive starts, while making another nine substitute appearances.
