Inter cool interest in Fiorentina winger

Inter Milan have had a good season so far, improving under Antonio Conte and for the most part of the season getting into the title race with Juventus. Whilst that race is not officially over yet, it seems like Juventus will win the title, therefore prolonging Inter’s time without winning scudetto. For that to change, Conte will want to improve his side and one of the players his team have been linked with is Federico Chiesa.custom jerseys

Inter are reportedly interested in Fiorentina winger, but according to a report in La Nazione, that interest has been cooled down due to what Fiorentina expect to get for the youngster. The 20-year-old has a release clause in his current contract which stands at 50 million euros and that is simply not something Inter are ready to pay for him.

This could open space for Juventus to swoop in and sign Chiesa, although there have been questions whether Chiesa is really worth that money, especially in post-COVID-19 era.
