Italian giants Inter Milan are keeping close tabs on Genoa forward Iago Falque, according to Tuttosport.
The Nerazzurri are currently in the process of identifying summer targets, while the team continue to battle for European qualification.
While they are also being linked with moves for Stevan Jovetic, Nabil Fekir and Erik Lamela, Inter appear to be hot on the trail of Genoa starlet Iago Falque.
The Spanish forward had disappointing spells with Barcelona, Juventus, Tottenham and Southampton, but he enjoyed a brilliant start to his career at Genoa.
Falque bagged no fewer than 13 goals in 30 Serie A outings this term, with his price rising considerably over the last couple of months.
But, seeing as the Spaniard should still prove cheaper than most other targets, Inter could be making their interest concrete in the coming weeks.
The interesting thing is the Nerazzurri are vying Genoa for European qualification, with the Rossoblu currently four points clear of Roberto Mancini’s side.
