The first match of the round in Italian Serie A will see struggling Brescia host high-flying Inter and it is little wonder top sports betting sites see the Neroazzurri as hot favourites here.

Brescia enter the game in good spirits, having brought one point from the away game against Napoli last time out, with coach Beppe Iachini hoping his side can produce another upset.

”I do not think Inter are distracted by the Champions League. They know that the championship is within their reach, and therefore, they will not be missing any opportunities,” Iachini was quoted as saying.

“They like to play, just like we do. We showed that, regardless of the opponent’s name, our attitude never changes. There is so much at stake for everyone.

“It will be an interesting game, even if it is obvious that the starting positions are different.”

The hosts will be without suspended Accardi, whereas Zanetti, Dallamano, Cordova and Filippini remain sidelined.

With the game set to be played on Friday night, Inter will have enough time to recover before the Champions League clash with Bayern, so the Neroazzurri are expected to give their best in this clash.

Even tough his side are on a four-match winning run in Serie A, boss Leonardo is wary of relegation strugglers Brescia.

“Brescia can play in many ways, they have strong players up front and they have many resources. They play well at home, and this means it will be a very difficult game for us.”

“All our games are difficult and important, and it is fundamental for us to move forward in the league, we have to. All the great players and great clubs can win in every competition and we have a big will to do this.”

With Walter Samuel, Esteban Cambiasso and Diego Milito still sidelined, Leonardo is likely to field the same team that hammered Genoa last weekend.
