Donny van de Beek has been enduring a difficult spell with Manchester United since his £35 million move from Ajax in 2020, starting only four Premier League matches last term and spending no more than six minutes on the pitch in the current campaign. According to Calciomercato, Inter Milan might be willing to offer him a way out of his predicament at Old Trafford.
The 24-year-old has been completely unable to break into the starting XI under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer so far and seems even less likely to do so now, with Paul Pogba on superb form at the moment. The Frenchman has racked up seven assists in five league matches since the start of the season, and he doesn’t look like being dropped any time soon.
If the situation doesn’t improve for the Dutch international at United, the Serie A champions will be ready to swoop for his services either in January or next summer.
