La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that Inter Milan are readying bid for Granada full-back Guilherme Siqueira.
The Nerazzurri plan to sign another left-sided defender to provide competition for Yuto Nagatomo and they seem to be hot on the trail of the Brazilian left-back.
Guilherme Siqueira has spent last season on loan at Benfica, but the Eagles are unlikely to exercise the option to sign him permanently.
While the Primeira Liga champions would have no problems meeting the €7 million buy out clause, they have been put off by the player’s high wage demands.
Inter Milan plan to take advantage of the situation and lure the experienced defender to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, although they could face stiff competition from other interested sides.
The Nerazzurri are also looking at soon-to-be free agent Caner Erkin and Barcelona’s Adriano, but the Brazilian appears to be the number one player on their hit-list at the moment.
