The Italian news outlet Tuttosport have spread the latest word on AS Roma defender Kostas Manolas, who is getting increasingly linked with a move away from the Giallorossi.
AS Roma were reportedly prepared to sell Arsenal and Manchester United target during the January transfer window and that a summer move is already being mooted by the player’s representatives.
The Italian publication also claims that Inter Milan have joined the race for the highly-rated Greek defender by already presenting the €42 million plus bonus offer for the 25-year-old.
Nerazzurri are keen to steal a march on all interested parties and beat the competition to the signing of the quality defender as they look to go through major squad overhaul in the summer.
Both Inter and Roma are bound by the Financial Fair-Play regulations, but as both clubs prepare to sell and buy in the summer a deal for Manolas could be in place at the end of the season.
