Italian newspaper Il Corriere dello Sport understands that Inter are following Eintrach Frankfurt defender Sebastian Jung.
The talented full-back has been attracting a lot of attention with his showings over the last couple of years and he was on the verge of joining Roma at the beginning of the summer transfer window.
Roma officials later revealed that the deal had fallen through because the German club had decided to pull the player off the market even though the negotiations with Roma had been well under way.
The Giallorossi have since signed Ivan Piris to solve their right-back problem, but the player could end up in Italian Serie A after all.
Il Corriere dello Sport has revealed that Inter are keen on the 22-year-old, who has spent his entire career at Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Neroazzurri are looking to sign a new right-back in January and Jung appears to be on top of their list at the moment.
