Inter Milan appear to have moved to the front of the queue for Anderlecht wonderkid Youri Tielemans, La Gazzetta dello Sport has learned.
The Nerazzurri are looking at several high-profile footballers, including Alessio Cerci and Ezequiel Lavezzi, but they are also keeping close tabs on the Belgian starlet.
It is believed that the 17-year-old will be available for €10 million in January, although few more top clubs are ready to enter the bidding war.
Youri Tielemans is widely regarded as the hottest prospect to have come out of Anderlecht’s youth academy since Vincent Kompany and he has long ago established himself as a first team regular despite the fragile age.
The central midfielder has so far amassed 46 league appearances, scoring 2 goals, while also featuring in nine Champions League matches, and the current Belgium Under-21 international is predicted a great future.
Anderlecht would probably prefer to hold on to him for few more years, but they would not be able to resists a big money offer for the player’s services.
