Sky Sport Italia is reporting that Inter Milan are pondering a loan move for Benfica forward Rogelio Funes Mori.
The Nerazzurri are desperate to add another attacker to their ranks by the time the transfer window closes and they are running out of time after the move for Mirko Vucinic fell through.
As a result, they look set to step up their interest in long-term target Rogelio Funes Mori, with the Italian side hoping to sign the forward on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old joined Benfica from River Plate in the summer, but has failed to play himself into the first team plans of Jorge Jesus, having made just one substitute appearance in the league.
However, having scored 6 goals in as many matches for the reserve side in Portugal’s second division, Inter boss Walter Mazzarri believes he would be a useful addition to the squad at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
