Inter Milan begin Sanchez talks

According to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan have kickstarted negotiations with Manchester United as they attempt to try and sign the Chilean on a permanent deal. While Sanchez’s loan spell at the San Siro hasn’t been quite as successful as both parties were hoping, the belief is that if he is able to stay fit for an entire season, he could do some real damage for them both in Serie A and the UEFA Champions League.

Sanchez was never really able to get going during his spell at Old Trafford, and while he was considered to be the main man during his time at Arsenal, it’s been a long time since he has been able to consistently hit those heights.

The focus now will be for both clubs to get the kind of offer that they feel is fair, with the expectation being that Inter will be able to land him for a decent sum.
