Inter Milan enter race for Ziyech

According to a recent report from France Football, Italian side Inter Milan have entered themselves into the race to sign Hakim Ziyech from Ajax. The 26 year old is said to be valued at £30 million, however, Inter aren’t the only team that have been sniffing around him as of late. Barcelona, Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City have all voiced their interest in signing for the Moroccan international, who featured for the African nation in the 2018 FIFA World Cup last year. Ziyech has been with Ajax since back in 2016 when he made the jump over from Twente, having spent the entirety of his professional career in the Netherlands.

In terms of how viable this move could be, it seems like Inter could be one of the frontrunner due to the rumoured departure of Mauro Icardi. If the Argentine ends up departing this summer, it’d certainly free up some space for Ziyech to make an impact in the first team.
