Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport has suggested that Inter Milan are weighing up summer move for Torino goalkeeper Daniele Padelli.
The Nerazzurri lack proper cover for first-choice shot-stopper Samir Handanovic, and they believe the Granata goalie would be a good alternative.
Considering that Padelli’s contract with Torino is due to expire in June, Inter Milan stand a good chance of agreeing a Bosman deal for the 31-year-old.
The well-traveled goalkeeper spent the majority of his career as an understudy in Italy, while enjoying a short spell with Liverpool and making one Premier League appearance.
He was finally given a chance to shine at Torino and in turn amassed 100 Serie A outings for Granata.
However, Padelli lost his place in the side following the arrival of Joe Hart from Manchester City and it would appear as though he has set his sights on leaving Granata at the end of the current campaign.
