Italian giants Inter Milan are weighing up summer bid for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri are in the market for midfield reinforcements, with AS Roma star Kevin Strootman reportedly their number one target.
However, considering that the Giallorossi have no intention of letting the Dutch footballer leave in the summer, Inter Milan will turn their attention towards Grzegorz Krychowiak.
The Polish midfielder has failed to prove his worth at Parc des Princes and he is widely expected to leave in the summer transfer window.
Krychowiak recently made it clear that he was frustrated by the lack of regular playing time, although he said he was ready to stay and fight for his place.
However, the reality is that the Pole would jump at the opportunity to leave the Saints at the end of the season, and it only remains to be seen whether the two clubs will be able to find an agreement.
