Sport Mediaset understands that Inter Milan are hot on the trail of Cagliari starlet Nicolo Barella.
The 20-year-old has been one of Isolani’s star performers this season and he was even handed his first Italy call-up last month.
Barella is now being heavily linked with a big club move, and Inter Milan have emerged as favourites for his signature.
The Nerazzurri will not be making their move before next summer, but Cagliari made sure to inform them it would take at least €20 million to secure the signature of the talented midfielder.
Nicolo Barella has so far made 45 Serie A appearances for Isolani, scoring 2 goals, while also enjoying a successful loan stint with Como.
