According to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan are believed to be targeting three players above all others: Olivier Giroud, Dejan Kulusevski and Matteo Darmian.
All three are going to be at the heart of Inter’s proposed dealings for the January transfer window, as Antonio Conte continues to try and go hard in the paint in an attempt to get this club back to a point where they can challenge Serie A champions Juventus.
Giroud, in particular, has been on the radar of Inter for quite some time now, even though he would probably serve as something of a back up to both Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku – although it is worth noting that Martinez has been linked with a handful of clubs as of late.
Giroud clearly wants to go somewhere that will give his last few years of professional football a bit of meaning, and between Inter and the MLS, we feel as if the San Siro wins every time.
