La Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Inter Milan have made an offer to sign Daniele De Rossi from AS Roma.
The Giallorossi icon will be out of contract at the end of the season, and it remains to be seen whether he will continue his adventure with the Stadio Olimpico outfit.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan have offered De Rossi a lucrative two-year deal, hoping to secure his signature ahead of the new season.
The midfielder has welcomed the interest from the Nerazzurri, but he first wants to hear from AS Roma as he is incredibly loyal to his current employers.
Similar to Francesco Totti, De Rossi has resisted temptation to leave the Giallorossi on several occasions, and he wouldn’t mind ending his career at Stadio Olimpico.
The 33-year-old is still considered an important member of the squad at AS Roma and he is almost certain to be offered a contract extension.
