Serie A fallen giants Inter Milan have been keeping relatively quiet in the summer transfer market for now but that can change dramatically if latest rumours prove to be exact and result in Nerazzurri grabbing Arturo Vidal.
Italian media outlet Sport Mediaset reports that Inter Milan have officially submitted a €60 million bid for the Chilean superstar, who has long been on the Italian club’s radar.
Inter Milan have nurtured a long-standing admiration for the Bayern Munich midfielder which is ongoing since his Juventus days and Luciano Spalletti is now keen to land the highly-rated dynamo who could ignite the enthusiasm of the Nerazzurri family at a perfect moment when everyone around them seems to be bolstering their ranks.
With James Rodriguez expected to be given a prominent role in the midfield next season, Bayern Munich are thought to be keen to part ways with Vidal for the proposed amount, whereas the player himself would demand yearly wage in excess of €8 million if he is to consider a possibility to return to Italy.
