Inter Milan interested in Eriksen

According to a recent report from over in England, Serie A side Inter Milan are weighing up a possible move for Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Christian Eriksen during the January transfer window. Eriksen looks poised to avoid signing a new deal with Spurs, in favour of trying to force a move away from North London.

He has one year remaining on his current contract, but after spending the summer being heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid, you have to wonder how interested he is in the idea of remaining a Tottenham Hotspur player – as opposed to the allure of trying something new.

Inter were busy during the summer transfer window and given the start they’ve made to the new season, it feels as if they could easily entertain the possibility of bringing in one or two more new faces.

For now, though, we’ll just have to wait and see how the situation develops.
