La Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Inter Milan have emerged as favourites to land Lyon hotshot Corentin Tolisso.
Together with Alexandre Lacazette, the highly rated midfielder is expected to leave les Gones for greener pastures at the end of the season and Serie A is his most likely destination.
After Tolisso rejected a move to Napoli last summer, he now seems ready to move to Italy, and up until recently, Juventus were the frontrunners for his signature.
However, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that while the Bianconeri have cooled off interest, Inter Milan have stepped up theirs.
The Nerazzurri seem determined to win the chase for the 22-year-old footballer, but chances are Lyon will demand around €40 million for his services.
Corentin Tolisso has been on fire this season, scoring 8 goals and setting up another 4 in 29 Ligue 1 outings.
