Il Corriere dello Sport understands that Inter Milan are weighing up summer bid for AS Roma full-back Bruno Peres.
It now seems that the Nerazzurri will not be triggering a €35 million buy-out clause for Joao Cancelo and they have now turned their attention to the Giallorossi defender.
The Brazilian’s official representative has already met AS Roma sporting director Monchi and he will also speak to Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio.
Having already worked with Luciano Spalletti at Stadio Olimpico, chances are Bruno Peres will be interested in moving to Stadio San Siro.
The 28-year-old made a total of 18 Serie A appearances this season, but has mostly played second fiddle to Alessandro Florenzi.
