Inter Milan are set to make one last attempt to sign Lazio forward Balde Diao Keita, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri have so far failed to match Lazio’s asking price, but the Biancocelesti may be forced to lower their demands considering that they could lose the player on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The two clubs are reportedly set to hold another meeting in an attempt to find an agreement, and Lazio seem convinced they will succeed in selling Keita by the end of the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old enjoyed a very successful campaign last term, scoring no fewer than 16 league goals, but he has not featured for the club since the end of last season.
A summer move does appear on the cards, although both the club and the player will be in problems if Keita remains at Stadio Olimpico after 1st September.
