According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Inter Milan are set to put forward a bid of £9 million in order to bring Romelu Lukaku to the San Siro on a two year loan deal. This move has been in the works for quite some time now, with some fans believing that it’s exactly what the Belgian needs to get himself back on track. The deal would include an obligation to buy Lukaku on a permanent basis in 2021, for a fee of around £54 million. His agent was said to be in Milan earlier in the week in order to try and complete talks with Inter, who are set to begin signing players on June 30 when they are released from the constraints put on them by UEFA regarding Financial Fair Play.
Lukaku would be making the move over from Manchester United, where he has struggled to make an impact in the last twelve months.
