According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte is planning on putting forward another bid for Chelsea star Marcos Alonso in the upcoming summer transfer window. This comes despite the fact that the Blues have attached a €30 million price tag on Alonso, which is a figure Inter aren’t all too willing to pay.
Alonso has been involved in a string of controversies throughout the course of his career, but this time, it’s all about the tug of war between the two clubs vying for his services. Alonso has a tendency to blow hot and cold when it matters most for Chelsea but even with that being the case, they may not want to sell him to a club that they could easily be competing with on a European front for many years to come.
Whatever the case may be, it doesn’t feel like this developing saga is going to go away anytime soon.
