Inter Milan to keep Lukaku?

According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Inter Milan are insisting that Romelu Lukaku is not for sale this summer.

It comes after a great deal of interest was shown in him by his former club Chelsea, with the intention seemingly being for them to finally bring him back to Stamford Bridge years after he first left the club. In that time he’s been able to have quite the career with Everton, Manchester United and finally Inter Milan, with the latter being where he’s really come into his own as an elite level striker.

He may opt to stay in Italy and continue his rise to prominence but after winning the Serie A title, some wonder whether or not he’s ready to jump ship back over to the Premier League given how much success he also had in England.

For now, though, all we’re left with is speculation as Inter continue to hold firm.
