Serie A sides Inter Milan and Napoli are showing interest in Hellas Verona footballer Jacopo Sala, according to Sport Mediaset.
The 23-year-old enjoyed a bright start to his career in Italy after arriving from Hamburger SV and he has already caught the eye of Italy’s top clubs.
Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini is a big fan of the Stamford Bridge graduate, but the latest reports suggest he will only make a move if he succeeds in offloading Danilo D’Ambrosio and Davide Santon.
Meanwhile, new Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri is also showing interest, as he wants Sala to challenge Christian Maggio for a starting berth at Stadio San Paolo.
Jacopo Sala has mostly been used in midfield at Hellas Verona, but he has also put in some very good performances at right-back.
Since joining from HSV, the Italian has made a total of 37 Serie A appearances for the Gialloblu, scoring 3 goals.
