La Gazzetta dello Sport has learned that Inter and Parma are set to agree on a swap deal taking Ishak Belfodil to Giuseppe Meazza and Antonio Cassano in the opposite direction.
It is no secret the Nerazzurri are keen on signing the French forward, but the problem is other top Italian sides are also interested.
Nevertheless, Inter seem to have an ace up their sleeve as they plan to offer Antonio Cassano in exchange for the talented forward.
The Nerazzurri are eager to get rid of the controversial striker and this feels like a perfect opportunity to do so.
Parma are likely to be interested in such an arrangement, seeing as how they could really use a player of Cassano’s calibre.
Meanwhile, Inter full-back Giulio Donati, who has largely impressed at the Under-21 European Championship, is set to complete a €3 million switch to Bayer Leverkusen. Donati has spent last season on loan at Grosseto.
